The Simon Family Catering Facility at Benson Theatre creates a smooth operation for your catering needs. As a catering facility, all food must be prepared in a licensed kitchen.
With the ability to bring catering into Benson Theatre directly from the front doors on Maple Street using our loading zone and an open passageway for food service, Benson Theatre makes catering easy-peasy!
The cost of catering is a flat $150.00 which helps support the operations of Benson Theatre as a community space. This includes the use of the following:
- 2 warmers
- Walk-in Refrigeration
- Ice Machine
- Coffee maker
- Microwave
- Racks for storing food
- Serving Utensils
- Chafing Dishes
- 3-sink unit
- Hand-washing sink
