Everything you agree to when you book the theatre — deposits, catering, and how we keep the building and your guests safe.
01
Booking & deposits
A signed rental agreement and a non-refundable 25% deposit hold your date. The balance is due 5 to 7 days before the event. Dates are not reserved until both the agreement and deposit are received.
02
Alcohol & catering
All alcohol service is provided through the theatre's licensed bar — outside alcohol is not permitted. You're welcome to bring a licensed caterer of your choice; a prep kitchen and load-in access are available.
03
Capacity & safety
Posted capacities are set by fire code and cannot be exceeded. Emergency exits and aisles must remain clear at all times, and a house manager is on site for every event.
04
Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations more than 30 days out release the balance with no further charge; inside 30 days, a portion of the rental fee may be retained as detailed in your agreement.
05
Care of the building
This is a 1923 landmark. Nothing may be affixed to walls, plaster, or historic finishes without approval, and decor must be freestanding or pre-cleared. We'll walk you through what works.
Still have questions?
Our events team will walk you through the agreement line by line before you sign anything.
