BENSON – It’s back!

Tayo is hosting its second pop-up Filipino Kamayan Feast Tuesday, Oct. 30, at 6:30pm at The B Side of Benson Theatre, 6058 Maple St.

“Kamayan” is a Filipino word that means to “eat with your hands.” During the feast, long tables will be set and covered in banana leaves, which act as a substitute for plates. A bed of rice will be placed on the banana leaves across the entire table to act as a foundation for the entrees.

The cost of the event is $35 per person. Tickets go on sale at 6:00pm Oct. 23 at www.eat-tayo.com.
