Council Member’s Band to Rock for Benson Theatre June 8

Benson Theatre is pleased to welcome Omaha City Councilperson Pete Festersen and his band to the B Side of Benson Theatre Friday, June 8.

The show, which starts at 8:00pm, is open to the public with a suggested donation of $5 at the door. Proceeds from the event will benefit the capital campaign to renovate 6054 Maple Street. The doors open at 7:00pm.

“We are pleased to support the thriving music, art and theater scene in Benson,” said Festersen, who represents District 1, which includes the Benson neighborhood. “The renovation of Benson Theatre will continue the positive momentum in the business district and foster great partnerships in the community.”

Festersen (day job – vice president of community and government affairs at CHI Health) will be behind the kit. Other band members include:
