2nd Dipped in Soul Set for Feb. 10 at B Side
BENSON – The B Side of Benson Theatre will present the second installment of Dipped in Soul Saturday, Feb. 10, from 8:00pm to midnight.
The event, hosted by Risa J. Faulkner, is an open mic featuring poets, spoken word artists, R&B, motivational hip hop, Christian hip hop and more. The purpose is to provide a positive, laid-back space for creatives to show their talent through music, poetry and the arts.
The cost is $5 at the door, and you must be 18 or older to attend. The bar at B Side will be open for business. All bar sales benefit the Benson Theatre’s capital campaign to renovate 6054 Maple Street.
The B Side of Benson Theatre is located at 6058 Maple Street in beautiful downtown Benson. The facility, which seats 49, is available for rent and is easily configured to host workshops, seminars, forums, fundraisers, creative performances, art exhibits, receptions and private events.
