This beautifully restored 1920s theater has the capability to transform into whatever setting you choose. Add-Ons & Extras:
Optional Services for Any Tier:
- Rehearsals: $75/hr – limited to evenings when events have not been previously booked
- Catering: $150/day (Full use of the catering room – catering is not included)
- Projection: $150/day (Use of projector and projection screen)
- Hallographic Pepperscrim: $300/day (Use of projctor and scrim)
- Additional Projectors: $150/day
- Tech Tiers:
- Tier 2: $50/hr – over 10 audio/light cues, additional technical needs for 1 staff
- Tier 3: $100/hr Additional audio engineer and full audio/sound design
- Live Streaming: $50/hour
- Speciality Bar Items: $250/event (includes meeting with lead bartender)

Additional Notes
Benson Theatre retains 10-30% of ticket sales for ticketed events except for fundraisers where 100% of sales go towards a nonprofit for established cause.
